Non Lethal Active shooter training

Service Description

This course is unique in nature because no one is doing this sort of training in the El paso area. This course will involve multiple Dynamic Scenarios that will have a shooter, a LTC holder, And innocent bystanders. Participants will role play each role by rotating them during the different scenarios. The key to this training is being able to think in the different situations. - By role playing the shooter, participants will be able to see the thought process of the bad guy, Think like they would think. This is valuable information because if you can think like them, you can plan to beat them. - By role playing the LTC Holder, participants will be able to see what it would be like if someone just started shooting. They are able to test their response time, decision making abilities, and tactics. - By role playing the Innocent Bystander, participants will be able to see what it would be like to be un-armed in an active shooter situation. They will be vulnerable and can choose to hide, run, or attack. This will be a very important decision because In real life this decision could possibly be your last... Learn the skills you possess and learn new skills to help you make the right decision. It will be different for everyone. This Training is a lot of fun and a great way to learn a lot without sitting in a boring classroom. To conduct this training, we utilize Officially licensed firearm replicas that shoot paintball rounds. If you never have experience paintball, then please understand that you will feel the rounds hit you, but it isn't too painful. The whole point of the training is to simulate a real-life situation. Your supposed to try to not get shot anyway. If you are hit, You can receive a welt or bruise. This is why multiple layers of clothing helps. You will be provided a face mask to protect your head. Student requirements: - Two layers of clothing (more layers are optional but will help)
